Shipping Policy

At Lauren T. Smith Art Studio, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every week we deliver ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order and delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing : This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging after the order is placed.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We only service orders within the United States. Our Fulfillment Center partners with global carriers such as FedEx, DHL and USPS just to name a few. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-10 days to arrive at their destination, but can take a bit longer from time to time. 

Update Please Note:

We would like to inform you that due to COVID-19 there may be a delay with your purchase depending on the state and the area. Standard companies such as UPS, USPS, FedEx has been affected by the pandemic. Therefore please note that your  purchase may take about  12-21 days to arrive. Also please be aware when ordering multiple products, packages may arrive at different times.

However, we are working hard to make sure you can receive your item as soon as possible
